The damage to this home after Hurricane Sandy was non repairable and will need to be torn down and rebuilt. The home was originally built on top of a concrete slab and not anchored properly allowing the home to shift 4”off the slab. The slab also received major damage from the shifting that occurred. The final product will be just under 1500sqft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This is a project that will conform to all RREM requirements.
