The Lipyanek residence contacted J. Reinig Construction Inc. after receiving multiple recommendations from past clients that told them if they wanted to do the addition they talked about look no further. During our conversations they explained that they are looking to expand the family with a 2-story addition. The addition would consist of 2 more bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a bigger living room, with this in mind we designed their addition. The added square footage will be approximately 1200sqft.
